wickedfleaI'm jonesing for homemade pecan pie. Last week, I thawed one that had been in the freezer since Christmas. (Brought it back from Mom's.) I was afraid that it was going to have freezer burn, but it had nothing of the sort. That was the best freakin' pecan pie I think I've ever had. I don't usually crave sweets, but I could really go for another piece of that.
