Sep. 10th, 2002 11:29 amI'm a little crazy this morning--a little frenzied. I got up at 6 am to finish my proofreading project, then went to meet w/ the author for an hour before coming to work an hour late. Things are a little backed up here from yesterday (I took off sick). I'm somewhat caught up now, but I'm a little harried--a little wacky. I sort of feel like I could have a heartattack or a rapture or something, which is weird because I haven't even had that much caffeine today. But it's all good, baby -- it is all good.
BTW, did you know that buy.com has trademarked the phrase "It's all good"? It's true. Kinda weird, no?

Date: 2002-09-10 11:51 am (UTC)Yeah, I think I saw that headline a while ago, but I sort of avoided reading the story. I dunno -- I mean, I almost understand the impulse, but it still seems like the phrase should be in the public domain. On the other hand, it is for a good cause, and at least it might prevent schmucks like that Michigan contractor mentioned in the story using it for personal gain. That guy definitely makes the blood boil, huh?
