Um, howdy. Is this thing on?

OK, so thus begins my first LiveJournal entry. I'm sitting here with some time on my hands -- lots o' stuff I could be doing, but not much I feel like doing since I had my wisdom teeth out yesterday and am still kinda loopy -- so I'm trying this out. I've been reading in LiveJournal for a few weeks now, and I figured I'd try to get involved with the community... seems like a really cool thing.

ho hum... came out to the office to download some stuff... will probably rent another movie or two on the way home. I watched The Way of the Gun and Black and White today. Enjoyed Black and White, but couldn't get into the other one.

Haven't hurt much at all from the wisdom teeth so far. It's weird -- a lot of times, I'll go a couple of days without really eating with no problem, but just knowing that I can't really eat everything I'd like right now makes me hungry. Same thing with smoking. I usually don't even smoke more than 5 cigs a day, yet I just want to lay around and smoke today even though I'm not really supposed to... Smoked a couple last night so I could get to sleep, and that's it. I don't know how I'll ever quit smoking completely, as I have enough problems trying to get to sleep without having to suffer nicotine fits... Oh well, that's a struggle for another time, I guess.
