I've always been prone to getting goofy words or phrases on the brain. For a long time one of them was "SILENCE!" I'd bust out with it at work, sometimes because someone was being loud, and sometimes just for the hell of it. It used to scare the bejeezus out of people. "Snakes all up in it" is, as I've mentioned before, another longtime favorite. Car not running smoothly? Snakes all up in it. Recurrent indigestion? Snakes all up in it. For a while I was heavily into "snarl" as an all-purpose expletive, like if I broke a shoelace or dropped a piece of ice on the kitchen floor. "SNARL!"

This week, it's obviously "sometime my brains be all jumble up." I'm so crazy in love with this phrase that I'm considering putting it on my resume.

And then, Dave, right when I shot the policeman and jumped into a car with the radio blasting Slayer's "Raining Blood," I knew that Grand Theft Auto: Vice City was the most badass game ever put on dog's green earth.

I'm not thinking about going back to school or anything, but I long for that end-of-the-semester release when the world just stops and you can do anything you want to. DAMN, I miss that!
