It costs entirely too much to insure my car for the little driving I do. I'm going up to the State Farm and whip some honky ass.

I keep thinking that one more week should get me past this busy time, but it just never happens. I've been thinking that for probably six weeks. And I feel kind of shit on lately at work, like entirely too much work is being sent my way. But the thing is that everyone feels that way right about now. It's just bam, bam, bam, bam, books coming and going like crazy. But I really do think that I should be done fairly soon with the spring 03 stuff.

I'm so looking forward to Christmas. It'll be nice to get out on the road, see family, kick back, and bring back a trunkload of low-cost cigarettes to sell to the guys hanging around in the grocery-store parking lots up here.

Hey, that really is a thought. I could buy cartons of cigarettes for $25 down there and sell 'em for $35 easy, more in New York. I'd be like them guys in Goodfellas, yo. I'd probably get whacked, too.

Does State Farm keep screwing with your rates? With mine, they'll lower it for the first half of the year, then raise it in the second.

When I lived in BC and would come back to Ontario to visit, I ran a little cigarrette operation. I'd buy cartons for $18 and sell them for $30-35 out west. I usually made enough money to cover the cost of my plane ticket. Cancer sure does sell.

No, they're usually pretty consistent with mine--it's just that car insurance costs so much more here than in MS. That sounds flaky, though.

Insurance companies are just scams facilitated by the government...especially when it comes to health insurance. Good luck with finding a good company....

American Spirits is giving away free cartons of cigarettes. I'm getting a carton and then re-selling half and then saving the rest to be stocking stuffers for my friends who smoke and who happen to like that brand.
