Lawyers are selling umbrellas now?

Yeah, I dunno! They were all over the place. Maybe the lawyers hoping that, given the tensions of a strike-torn campus, people will use the umbrellas to tolchock one another over the head, thereby creating a rash of lucrative personal-injury suits!

Or maybe they just need the advertising.
