Holy shit. The maniac next door got evicted. You know, the guy who watches TV crime drama at top volume and occasionally scares the mortal shit out of me with his random growling. The guy who I've never seen without a cigarette in his mouth and who ashes all over the carpet in the hall. Yeah, that dude. I'm not at all sorry to see him go, though I hate to think of anyone getting evicted. I wonder what they found in that apartment. I really thought that guy might have been some kind of Jeffrey Dahmer type. They posted a list on the door of everything they removed, but I didn't see anything about human heads. I guess the form didn't have a "miscellaneous flesh" box.

So you're saying they went into his apartment, found a bunch of "no-no" items, took them, and evicted the dude? Sucks to be him!

Oh, no--I guess that was confusing the way I wrote it. I think he probably just got evicted for non-payment of rent, and they were legally bound to post a list of what they took out. I was just wondering what they did find when they went in there.

Okay good, because I was thinking that would be totally illegal. Of course, you never know - maybe the guy was Arabic or something, and then it would just be patriotic. These sure are complicated times!

Last year the people who lived under me were evicted. They were only here for about four weeks, but the guy was beating the woman up and they also didn't pay their rent.
