My birth certificate finally came in the mail this week, so I finally have everything I need to get my Conn. driver's license. So I went down to the DMV this morning in plenty of time to be in and out before their 12:30 Saturday closing time. And the motherfuckers were closed. For Veteran's Day. I'm just not destined to be a legal driver in this state -- that's all there is to it.

Why would they be closed when Veterans' Day is on Monday. Bastards. Here they close at 5pm during the week! (Except for Thursday when they're open until 8pm for some reason.)
