Jun. 2nd, 2003 11:01 pmTonight at Wal-Mart I saw at the front of the store a display promoting Metallica's upcoming album. God, I hate that band.
I also saw a woman wearing a tank top that read "COMBAT BABE."

Date: 2003-06-03 09:03 am (UTC)WalMart freaks me out. I really honestly get completely whigged out when I go in that store. Thank gawd its only for one thing. Hunts Tomato Sauce. Thats it. The only thing. And I stock up.

Date: 2003-06-03 02:44 pm (UTC)Wal-Mart is definitely wiggy, not to mention evil as hell. I need to break my reliance on them--I got so used to shopping there because in the South it was pretty much Wal-Mart or nothing.
Re:
Date: 2003-06-03 03:06 pm (UTC)I will wander the aisles, put crap in my basket and walk out of there spending 200 bucks. And NOT blink an eye. And it has yet to whig me out.
But WalMart and its over cluttered aisles, taller than hell shelving packed with stuff, high and low quality of merchandising and yes (here comes the snob in me) the quality of people I seem to run into (I mean really why is there ALWAYS some screaming baby in the aisle right next to me) is sketchie sometimes always just creepes me out.
But its serves its purpose and they carry my tomato sauce so they got me there!
