Yeah, I think it's a urinal screen with built-in cake! And I dunno what the hell it's there for! I just noticed it today, but it may have been there for a long time. It's in a stairwell I use all the time at work. Weird, huh?

Gives you something to aim at. :) Actually I think that is part of it, so guys don't pee all over the fixture like they're prone to. But I guess it gives off some sort of odor that supposed to be slightly more pleasant than urine's smell. You know, lemon, cherry, whatever. Ugh. Obviously I'm not too sure either.

And I just found these things when I searched for "urinal cakes" to make sure I was calling it the right thing. Now THAT's scary.
