Thinking about updating the ol' web thingy this weekend. What's it like embedding your journal into your own site? Is there any kind of tutorial in the FAQs or anywhere? Or is it not worth the hassle? Actually I'm a little wary of fucking with the journal; I've had the same default layout with black background since I started it. The only thing I've done is change the "leave a comment" and "reply to this" deals. Wouldn't want to upset the cosmos, which have been so kind.

I used the PHP option when I had mine on my site. Should be relatively easy to do...

Yeah, yours works together perfectly--I dig that. I might just go that route. In a way it's kind of cool to have the livejournal URL--that way it's more clear that you aren't making up people's comments yourself. Or something, hell, I dunno. That probably didn't make a damned bit of sense. :)

The embedding never worked right, and it was a big pain in the ass.

Yeah, that's what I was afraid of. Might go another route.
