"You'd dig it the most."

Name it. I think I discussed this with someone already, so you can't play.

I can hear it in my head, but I can't quite place it. I'm thinking either something with either Cusak or Hurly Burly. I can hear it, damn it! But I just can't quite... er... the wheels are slowing down...

Not totally off base, but not Cusak or Hurly Burly. Don't look below if you don't want to see. :)

actually, that line comes right before "you'll dig it the most". vince says that and begins discussing the "little differences"
this correction has been brought to you by perfect mcperfectson.

although i'm still unsure where to place the period in a sentence containing a quotation.

is it like "this". (?)
or is it like "this." (?)

Right, I thought about that just after I posted! I had it backwards.

In America, it's generally inside. "Like this." Brits do it differently, I think. And it can be different for other endmarks. For instance:

Do you like the song "Deuce"?

'Cuz the question mark doesn't go with what's inside the quotation marks.

Hi, I'm a nerd.

Dude! I so knew that! Damn!

Actually I think you did mention it. But one can never be reminded too often of Peter Criss's raspy paean to butt sex. ;)

As opposed to a paean to raspy butt sex. Whatever that means.
