Wheeeee, thanks! :) I think you're right about "they're fucked" covering everything. I used to say that Heller's Two Rules were "1. People are fucked" and "2. People listen to too much crap." But over the years I've realized that #2 is just a corrolary of #1, and in fact #1 pretty much says it all.
