A friend was going to buy me a phone call from Fred "Rerun" Berry earlier this month, but she had to put it off because she was a little strapped for cash.

And now is Rerun is DEAD.

We were laughing like crazy about him, wondering if Fred had trouble separating himself from the character of Rerun or if he was just full-on Rerun 24/7. I feel like such a cad.

"I'll call you in HELL!"

Maybe his soul hasn't reached Heaven or Hell yet. Perhaps, Rerun is in limbo and he can call you before he makes the transition from one life to the next.

Dude. I didn't realize he was in his 50s. Man. That makes me feel old.

I guess the fact that I was watching Diff'rent Strokes, What's Happening, Welcome Back Kotter, Chico and the Man as well as a whole lot of other cheesy sitcoms when I was in high school *should* make me feel old.

Nanoo Nanoo.

It's going to be like it was when our parents opened the paper and said, "Good Heavens, I can't believe Smokey Laroux is gone." and we didn't know who the heck he was.

I'm sorry that he's dead, but I cannot even express how much I hated that show.

I just saw him on Star Dates on VH1 not too long ago. I used to like that show when I was a kid.

I am convinced I am bad luck dude.
Remind me to never talk of anyone else nostalgically again, for they die within a month. *sob*

I used to like What's Happening, not Star Dates. SD wasn't around when I was a kid. Just wanted to clear that up.

I know--I feel RESPONSIBLE! I don't think about the poor guy for years, and all of a sudden I start goofing on him and he DIES! I'm afraid people are gonna start dropping like FLIES!
