I went to a Salvation Army thrift shop today and couldn't find any acid-washed jeans!!! I thought they'd have dozens of pairs. I couldn't even find any on eBay! So I'm gonna have to beat the bushes this weekend. I think maybe you can do them in the washer with bleach--anyone know anything about that?

Rawk! Thank you, oh googlemaster. =)

that's seems about right, it should work. just eh, splatter it all over your pants? I'm not to sure..haha. But that's crazy that you can't find those jeans anywhere, because I see them all the time.

I know, they gotta be somewhere! I'm gonna try some more Salvation Army and Goodwill stores tomorrow.

Dude! The easiest way is to splatter bleach on an old pair of jeans and then wash them. Really. That's how we used to do it. And cut a bunch of horizontal lines into them before putting them in the washer for that "slashed" jeans effect.

Doesn't it eat holes in the jeans if you use too much bleach? Of course, I don't guess it matters, really. I just don't want my, yanno, hornswaggle falling out. =)
