LOL... this must be how those bozos who jump in frozen water get used to the cold... they desensitize. I walked out on the porch this morning in my slippers, no coat or hat, just a sweat shirt and pants. It wasn't that bad.

I think we've just lost our minds. We'll be complaining again soon, if we have any sense.

LMAO I remember my friend and I during our first winter up there. There was one day we went outside towards the start of spring, and once we got outside it was really warm out. We took off our coats and gloves and other winter acoutrements and then realized--there was still snow on the ground. Lots. Not melting. It was like thirty out, but as you said, after below zero wind chills for a week, that seemed darn toasty. We laughed our asses off at ourselves when that happened...
