Does anyone know a good Photoshop tutorial site? I do OK and know how to do some stuff, but I'm mainly winging it, and I've forgotten some of the stuff I used to know. And I'm too lazy to Google. I'm mainly concerned with touching up photos, not making nutty-go crazy graphics or grafting my face onto Ahhhhnold's body or anything. Though I guess that stuff would be cool to know.

Kick ass, thanks! I dunno, with a photo that's decent in the first place, I do fine w/ tweaking it to look better. But with a really shitty photo like this, it obviously gets more difficult. Like with that one, I just fucked with this and that until I got something that still wasn't very satisfactory--like I know I screwed the saturation up. Anyway. I know there's only so much turd-polishing you can do w/ a bad image.
