Indeed it is. Back in my days in the lucrative food-service industry, I would often get angry and spend the whole night randomly snarling every few minutes. "SNARL!"

People looked at me like I was odd. Like way more than even now.

But yeah. Something about that whole "sn" at the beginning of the word--those words tend to be weird. Snob. Snuff. Snuck. Sneeze. Snitch. Snicker. Even snake. One night I got to thinking about the word "snake" and almost lost my shit. Snake. Snake. Snake. SNAKE?!? For a couple of minutes I was convinced that it was the only word in the language that started with those letters.

Snakes all up in it.
