Comcast sucks whang. I've been trying for a week and a half to get a problem with my cable modem connection resolved. I've spoken with at least five or six people, and now this guy tonight (I'm on hold right now) tells me, "Well, whatever they said they did, they didn't do." Thanks, genius. I coulda told you that half an hour ago.

Oh Christ, now he says he has to get his support agent. It's a bad sign when your tech support needs tech support.

update: whoa, they fixed it! Finally...
