I like to use a Neti Pot. When I started using the CPAP that keeps me alive at night, I had probs because of my sinuses, so I started using a Neti I bought at the health food store every night with a pinch of sea salt. Just the ticket. Just make sure to test the water on your wrist like you would a baby bottle, nothing like boiling water in the nostril. I never used tap water, either.

Hope your allergies are better soon. I have come out of mine pretty well, Mani is still suffering. But I'm semi-used to the stuff blooming down here, and he isn't.
