wickedfleaI totally have Penitentiary II from Netflix, and it's even better than I remembered it. X-Entertainment has a great article on the movie, which features Ernie Hudson (the Black Ghostbuster) as the "sucka"-spoutingest movie villain ever and Mr. T as the dude who snaps his neck.
