I am getting out of it for the weekend, though--I'm headed to New Haven to see my friends at Yale Press and then to Rhode Island to see Michelle, Brian, and Kenzlee. Life is good. :D

Well, I ended up turning around and coming back after I visited with the YUP folks because one of my RI friends had a bad episode with her back and is laid up, so we're gonna reschedule. I'd like to see you sometime soon, though--let me know what kinda schedule y'all have these days and maybe I can swing by youse when I head back up that way. I got nothin' goin' on myself right now, so I'm fairly flexible. :D

Yes, I owe you congratulations and good tidings on your impending nuptials! I'm happy for y'all and it sounds like a great gig you're planning. I'll touch base with you when I'm planning my next trip, but if it doesn't work out I'll still come up and see you when things settle down. :)
