You must have some kind of aura that pulls these people to you. I've only seen this level of crasiness once or twice in my life, while you find the motherload pretty dang often.
The crazy thing is, I actually saw the same dude at the same place a couple of years ago, and every time I pass there, I think about him. But I'd never seen him again till today! I almost wet myself.
