I got a package from Dad today, and included in it was a photocopy of a page from the Starkville Daily News. The top two headlines on the page read:

Annexed areas need attention, candididates say

Some blacks apathatetic on flag vote

Remember, kids -- you can't spell "apathatetic" without "hate."

BTW, didja know that there is a book called "Snake Hips" and that the author of said book has an LJ? Or was that just some sort of serendipitous coincidence the other day?

That must have been a serendipitous coincidence -- I've never heard of the book. I looked it up on amazon.com, though, and it has an endorsement from Tom Robbins, which makes it worth a look right there! Who is she in LJland?
