Crap! Hope you feel better soon...I like to use Tylenol Sinus stuff--seems to work for me. That and a cold towel, actually, I have a blue gel mask that I keep in the refrigerator.
Thanks! I'll try the cold towel when I get home (which will be soon, I think -- this work thing just isn't happening). I want to get one of those gel masks, too. Seems like a good idea, but I've never tried it.
