What was I JUST doing before the phone rang? And where's my medication? And where's that pudding, for crying out loud? And get those dogs out of my yard . . .
Oh, haha -- a wife-beater! Yup, I'll be wearing one soon, I'm sure -- and it'll be about two sizes too big, with holes all in the front, and I won't give a damn, because I like it that way!
I hate to burst your bubble but Jamie Lee Curtis was born a hermaphrodite. She was actually classified as a he before, as an infant, she underwent surgery to remove her tiny and probably nonfunctional male sex organs. There's a "rumor mill" about it at http://198.64.129.160/movies/actors/jamie.htm but they don't seem to have all of the facts there. I know I've seen a documentary about her where she said she was born a hermaphrodite and she was very happy with what her parents chose for her. Her children are adopted (because she can't get pregnant) and she's married to Christopher Guest (someone who was rumored to be gay in Hollywood before he married Jamie Lee). As it is, Jamie Lee doesn't talk about her birth condition often, and neither is she asked about it by most reporters. She's been very succesful at keeping it a secret from the general public.
Good night, there's more to this than I thought . . .
I keep thinking of that Simpsons episode where Otto asks one of Marge's sisters, "But you WERE BORN a man, right?" And she gives him that disgusted Bouvier "hmmmmmmmm."
