The guy who I always get whenever I report a computer problem (which is very seldom; I usually deal with it myself) is a total idiot. Worse, he's a total idiot who thinks that everyone ELSE is a total idiot. And he's almost deaf (seriously), so that doesn't help matters at all. I'm telling the guy, listen, my hard drive is dying. It keeps cutting off and spinning back up again, and I know that sound. It's dying. He's like, "Oh, no, you can't tell by the sound of it." Yeah, YOU can't, because you're fucking deaf! Cripes.

That was "Say Anything" :) I got it when someone gave the clue "In Your Eyes". The actual scene ran through my head then. (Now, watch me be totally wrong, but I don't think so.) :)
