Two things that irritate me to no end:

university websites that don't have a clear directory link on their front pages.

university professors who don't use email or don't make their addresses public.

I'm trying to make it through the rest of my life without having to call anyone on the phone, and these people just will NOT make it easy on me.

Oh, I hear you. They just revamped my university's site yesterday; I have yet to check it out in detail and determine if it's any better than the old one (which sucked ass).

And I hear you about the professor/e-mail thing. I sort of dated one of my college professors (which is a long story in itself), and I could not believe how apathetic he was to the whole concept of e-mail. It would take WEEKS before he'd get back to people, including his own students. Pretty unbelievable.
