Can't believe it's Friday already. Not that I'm complaining. And we have President's Day off, so it'll be a long weekend! I wish I could afford to do something good, like going into the city, but I'm broke. I did get my CT tax refund, so that does help a bit.

Damn -- and now I want this. fuckitfuckitfuckit. I just might have to peddle some of my bodily fluids.

But anyway. It will be nice to have a long weekend. Maybe I'll just head out driving and see where I end up -- take some pictures and whatnot. I just wish it were a little warmer. I'm ready for springggg. The days are getting longer, and I can sort of get a hint that we're coming around the bend, but it's still cold! </southernerwhine>

Comcast sucks whang. I've been trying for a week and a half to get a problem with my cable modem connection resolved. I've spoken with at least five or six people, and now this guy tonight (I'm on hold right now) tells me, "Well, whatever they said they did, they didn't do." Thanks, genius. I coulda told you that half an hour ago.

Oh Christ, now he says he has to get his support agent. It's a bad sign when your tech support needs tech support.

update: whoa, they fixed it! Finally...
