Copyediting question: in a magazine article about celebrity lawsuits, the author refers to "Lorenzo Lamas and playmate Shauna Sand." They're married (for the time being), and she's a former Playboy model. Shouldn't "playmate" be capitalized? Even if you don't really want to, otherwise it's misleading. I can't find anything in the NYT stylebook. I already marked it once and they haven't fixed it.
