I found it! SPACE GIANTS. And it looks even cheesier than I remembered it. I'd forgotten about the little kid with the antennae hat! And look at the villains!







Here's the message-board thread where I found it. I know nobody else remembers the show, but this is a huge load off my mind. You have no idea how long this has been bugging me. I was beginning to wonder if Jason, Wes, and I had made the whole thing up in our minds.

but he looks suspiciouly like "Data" from "The Goonies"

Hmmm, could be the same kid. It would have to involve some kinda time travel, but I bet he could do it--he looks quite crafty.
