I'm just now recovering from a weekend of basketball that saw my beloved Mississippi State Bulldogs go down in defeat to . . . the Butler Bulldogs. Yes, that's right--the Butler Bulldogs. The only thing that makes me feel a bit better is the fact that Butler also beat the highly regarded Louisville Cardinals. But I still have only one thing to say:

I remember something similar with Connecticut versus Washington. I bet those announcers confused people pretty well.

Futler will get bucked in their next game, I'm sure.

We Mississippi State people are just happy when the announcers don't call us "Mississippi" or "Ole Miss" (both of which refer to the hated U of M). :)
