Now there are rumours that the Hobstock festival in Mississippi might go on anyway--but not exactly as planned. Here's what the bill is looking like now:

Bachman Turner Overdrive
Styx
REO Speedwagon
Ozark Mountain Daredevils

Yeah, that sounds like a good one. Isn't that the same lineup that played the 1993 Nebraska state fair? But hey, where's Black Oak Arkansas? Cripes. Thank dog I didn't make firm plans for this one.

you know, I never thought about this, but I have a friend in Miss. by way of Louisiana. Love the Mississippians....plus they have the coolest sounding state to spell out... :)

Really? Louisiana's cool too. And we definitely have the coolest name to spell. You just have to know how to pronounce it. It's Missippi. Somehow we natives lose a syllable somewhere in there. ;)
