cocksucker.

My car was broken into sometime last night or the night before -- I didn't drive yesterday, so I don't really know when. The little back window is broken out. I think nothing's gone, but fuckin' shit motherfucker hell, it's going to be a hassle to get the bastard fixed.

This is in off-the-street parking behind my building, right under a street light. DAMN, that pisses me off. I've never had anything like that happen before. Well, OK, one time when I was 14 or so, I was walking though this bad neighborhood and some fucker took my watch. But I've never had anything fucking broken into before. Guess I'm not in Mississippi anymore, huh?

Crackhead motherfuckers. I'll bet their mamas don't wear no drawers.

Hate mail!

That sucks. Argh. Sorry that happened, I hope you can fix it easily and nothing was stolen.

Thanks. Yeah, I don't think anything was stolen, though it needed to be cleaned out and I don't really know what I had in there, ya know? Ack -- nothing I can do about it 'til Monday.

The thing to do is get a used window from a junkyard and put it in yourself. It's very cheap that way. I've had my car broken into like five times now. It sucks, doesn't it?

Sure does. Five times, jeez! I might end up doing that junkyard thing if I can find one. My insurance deductible is $250, so that probably won't do me any good, huh?

Oh, heavens no. Not if it's just your window. You could get a whole passenger window for about $25 at a junkyard. That's what I always do.

OK, that doesn't sound too bad, if I can just figure out how to get it in there!

Usually you just have to take the door panel off and then you can see where the window attaches. With some cars you have to take a little more than just the panel off. With mine, you have to unbolt the metal that is underneath the panel too. It's not too hard - I'm sure if I can figure it out you can. Just look for screws and undo them!

Ugh, I know exactly how you feel. People love you fuck with your shit. No respect. A couple of months ago, some asshole(s) decided to break the passenger-side mirror off my car AND key my car. My 2000 Focus. The first car I've actually paid for. I was so pissed.

Yeah, exactly -- they couldn't bust out the window of my '81 GLC ten years ago when I would have slapped some plastic on it and not given a shit; they had to wait until I got a decent car! Kills me.

See what happens when ya move north with all them damn yankees!

That kind of thing is such a drag. Hurt you out of all proportion to what they might have ganied and probably they gained nothing. And we both know that they walked away cursing at what a bastard you are for having a new car and not having anything they could steal and fence.

Heh. Yeah, my Grandmother warned me this would happen. :) Not in so many words, but she did wonder openly why I wanted to move "up there."
