Traffic jams on I-95 that make a 120-mile jaunt into a 4.5-hour ordeal complete with detours through unfamiliar territory suck dick with teeth.

But kick-ass weekends with kick-ass people . . . kick ass.

Funny you mention that--I was just thinking that I'm really going to have to do that right away, and probably include some little goodies in the package to make nice. :) Thanks for the reminder.

Hey Ro! That is just . . . crazy! Nope, I've never heard of any such thing. Had you ever heard of it outside of that page? It sounds like a hoax, but you never know. I looked at snopes.com and didn't find any mention of it. One page I found through a Google search mentioned another molasses disaster, though--this one in Massachusetts, I think? Strange, very strange. How'd you come across it?

I found it because someone on a MA community mentioned the anniversary of the Molasses Disaster in Boston, and then posted that link about a similar disaster in MS.

Weird, huh? Who'd have thunk it.

Holy shit, it looks like the MA one is true, so maybe the MS one is too! http://www.snopes.com/horrors/freakish/molasses.htm

I like that other disaster they mentioned on Snopes... I didn't know anyone had *really* drowned in a beer accident. Now that is a joke looking to happen.
