Date: 2004-01-30 09:46 pm (UTC)Maybe tattooing might seem destructive to some but not to me---and for sure working out never hurt any one and you'll have good side effects not bad from either.
I especially like the monotonous working out path because it forces you to really listen to your thoughts until you pound them out of your head through exertion---maybe even adopt a mantra while you do the workout something you tell yourself over and over until it stops the brain chatter.
