Behold this shocking gallery of Weight Watchers recipe cards from 1974. My mom was a Weight Watchers lecturer (or whatever they call them) back in those days, so it's possible that we even had some of these atrocities in our house. The cards, I mean. I can't imagine her ever actually making any of this crap.
