I just lost two hours. I was awake and functioning, but something happened. It was around 6:30, and bam, all of a sudden it 's 8:27. I guess time has a way of doing that on Sunday nights.

Good weekend, though. Yesterday I went over to Rhode Island to hang with [livejournal.com profile] nonamejane and [livejournal.com profile] dangerpest. We were gonna go to the Norman Bird Sanctuary and take pictures and whatnot, but we were so taken with the name of this fine place that we stopped in and spent the day drinking Pabst Blue Ribbon and watching NASCAR.

OK, that's not exactly true. We did indeed check out the sanctuary, got some good pictures (check out [livejournal.com profile] nonamejane's; they're much better than mine), and talked shit about all you LJ suckers. Then we staggered to Gertrude's Galley (Gertrude of the lopsided, hinged breastises), where I shared my crabs with my dear friends.

So yeah, a good, fun day, which I needed. I've spent way too much time futzing around the house for the last . . . well, always. :)

I've lost another hour and a half. Fuck me.

All this time I didn't know Quahog was an animal. I knew it was a town, at least. Hee.

These are great!

Middletown, RI! Or do you mean where am I in the photos? I think my accomplices snapped some of me, but it seems there was a film mishap, so I'm not sure what survived...

Hehe! Oktibbeha is the county where I grew up, and "frogstrangler" is my grandmother's term for a torrential downpour. :-)

How did you get that picture of Woodhookers? There is a whole story about that... i will have to fill you in later. So glad to see you! I had a great time, it was worth the knee injury...

Waiter: "Who has the crab's"
NNJ: "Not me, he has crab's"

hahahhaha... I crack myself up! Good pics by the way :-)

Haha, I gotta hear the Woodhookers story sometime. :) I was stopped at the traffic light and happened to see the Woodhookers sign, so of course I had to go over and grab a couple shots. I live for shit like that.

I had fun too! Will have to do it again soon.

I will have to fill you in - not the funniest story, but a story nonetheless. Pest thought I had already told you and thats why you had the pic posted. Thats why he said unbelievable...

Can't wait to do it again... maybe June is too far away. We will have to come up with a plan...

Heh, I wondered exactly what "unbelievable" was about--I had a feeling I wasn't reading him. :)

Yep, let's definitely figger out a plan, just as long as it doesn't involve actually GOING to Woodhooker's. A sexy, young schoolchild like me wouldn't last two seconds in a place like that.

I have not the foggiest idea what that means. ;)
