My arms get in the way when I'm trying to sleep. I always wake up with them asleep, and sometimes they feel like they're never gonna come back to life. This morning I woke up with both wrists asleep. I've no idea how I managed that.

it's possible you have tendonitis. I used to always wake up with my wrists asleep before I got a brace and when I worked at hell-mart, because of the constant wrist flicking motion of scanning shit. It was terrible. I couldn't even put my contacts in for like a half hour after i woke up.

Yikes, I hope not! I think it was just a freak thing with the way I was sleeping, though I did have a little bit of trouble with tendonitis a couple of years ago.

waking up sans one arm is one of the creepiest things in the world! especially when you're late and desperately trying to get dressed and eat breakfast, only suddenly you're crippled and aaaaagggghhhhhh.
