Random 3:25 a.m. question: what is the deal with people who fight to be the first person responding to threads on the Internet? Like here, and pretty much any other post from that Calvin and Hobbes feed.

And then of course is buscemi's question of what the fork is wrong with people who respond to those posts anyway. It's an automated feed of a comic strip. It's not a journal.

(We won't discuss the question of what's wrong with the people who read the comments. That'd be beyond the scope of what we can get into here at the Insomnia Cafe.)
