No, I think it was probably a Vietnam-era soldier's. It was in a display of lighters at an < href="http://www.livejournal.com/users/wickedflea/526610.html">antiques market in NY, and a lot of them had military insignias and whatnot, plus some said Jimi Hendrix and stuff.
