Hehe, yeah! I'm not much of an iced tea drinker, but I've heard that from a lot of people. And no, come to think of it, I have rarely seen boiled peanuts outside of Mississippi and Alabama. When I lived in Virginia, I don't think I ever saw them. Some people just don't know good.
or how about this. Don't know if it means as much being from Mississippi but when you go to a Mexican restaurant, they charge you for chips and salsa. There would be a revolt in Texas if they charged for chips and salsa. It is like silverware and napkins. It should just be on the table.
OMG! Now I want boiled peanuts!!!!! And I've been craving sweet tea for a week. Boiled peanuts are huge in south Georgia. People set up stands on the highway. It's great. Don't bother with those canned things, though. Nasty!
boiled peanuts = yeah, people sell it on the side of the road here in florida too.
sweat tea = Here in SoFla if you order iced tea they usually ask (sweat or unsweat) or they just bring you unsweat. I'm moving 200 miles north to central florida and there it's all sweat tea. I don't like sweat tea and it's a chore to get regular iced tea there.
