Does this scream "homesick" or what? (It probably also screams "coronary," but let's not get into that.) I had okra that I could have fried, but I didn't think about it till everything else was done. :\

Cornbread and green beans! :) The beans were the weak part of the meal, as they were just out of a can. I sure coulda done with some of my grandmother's cooked-all-day-with-bacon-fat ones.
