I can almost guarantee that that's Nigerian. We get that shit at my work all the time. Usually it's faxed though.

What the hell is up with the damn Nigerians? We get faxes from them too, though I've never seen this one. Usually it's the one about someone wanting to deposit $250,000 in your account for holding or something.
