Trial's still lumbering along. At this point I'm starting to wonder if we'll be done even by the end of the week. But things do seem to be moving more quickly now than they were earlier.

I can't wait to tell you folks some of the names in this case. You know how I do get a kick out of funny names.

I have a grilled shrimp and avocado sammich.
