How does one fuck himself? I was just informed that I can do it, but it's news to me. It's apparently one of the many issues I have. Shouldn't this have come up in at least one physical examination?

I also am confused. Seems that "fucking oneself" also involves "going" somewhere, but I have never figured out where this place is to which one must "go."
