Wow, I have been completely unproductive today. I dig that on a Friday. We had an hour-and-a-half office meeting about . . . well, nothing very interesting, and then three of us guys + 2 from editorial headed out for a three-hour lunch of buffalo wings at a sports bar. Not the kind of thing I would have planned, but it was fun all the same. It's Peter's birthday, so we scored 41 free wings and a bottle of cheap champagne. I stayed away from the hooch, of course.

Now Dianne and I are trading haikus about monkey graves and taking up snakes.
