I used to use rubbing alcohol. You have to pour it down the window and into the door edge, since the lock mechanism is inside the door. You can also try heating up your key once you have the ice off the lock and can get it in there.

Cool, I'll give it a shot in a bit. The weird thing is that the doors aren't covered in ice, but they still won't open.
