How exactly does one unfreeze car doors? The doors unlock fine, but they won't freakin' open.

i just tug on them until my fingernails break and i have a cussing fit. by that time they're usually ready to open.

Yeah, I tugged on it, but they weren't budging, and it kinda felt like I was gonna break the handle off. :\ I think I'm gonna have to carjack someone.
