Not in the same way that Hokker did, but Erin had this toy called "Elmo in the Giggle Box." Basically, it was a sort of wind-up toy, and would giggle that high-pitched Elmo giggle when wound up. But it also had this other giggle, a much deeper-sounding giggle, that was never really explained. I think it was supposed to be Cookie Monster, as the box was vaguely CM-colored, but who knows.
The scary part is, though, that this thing would giggle, randomly at all hours of the day or night, without anyone even touching it.
Autumn suggested I throw it away, but I had to share the terror love and donated it so some other family could be possessed enjoy.
